Pivotal construction recruitment is excited to announce our partnership with two well established electrical contractors. Based in the same office and forming a partnership together. They seek an experienced administrator to join their office team on a permanent basis.
Based out of their Bradley Stoke office, BS32. You will be required to work alongside both companies for their admin works.
If successful, you will be joining a promising establishment with great benefits including potential progression to office manager and senior administrator positions. Working 5 days a week full time 9am – 5pm. (Hours may vary depending on experience)
Role duties:
- Working between 2 electrical contractors based out of the same office.
- Replying to emails from other businesses
- Liaising with one of the clients HQ in London
- Scheduling workloads
- Filing paperwork and certificates
- Booking digs and hotels and employees staying away
Requirements:
- Being comfortable with an office-based role 100% of the time
- Experience on Microsoft office and IT literate skills
- Being open to learned new software and systems.
- Full driving licence
Job details:
- Starting salary of £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience
