Performing both planned a reactive maintenance on a verity commercial premises throughout the Southwest.

The Role:
Responsible for a range of minor installations and maintenance across different sites * Liaison with the helpdesk regarding work orders
Working with projects, planned and reactive maintenance teams
Availability for after-hours call outs and occasional weekend work
The Candidate:
- Recognized residential and commercial gas credentials:
- Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A; laundry and catering are optional but preferred.
- Domestic: CKR1, HTR1, CCN1, CENWAT
- Renewable energy is preferred
The Package:
- Between £40 and £45K, depending on experience
- Excellent overtime rates of time and a half and double time
